Absolutely the best gym in Murrieta. Clean, spacious, professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. LOVE THEM!

This is probably one of the worst experiences i’ve had with a gym. First off, please don’t ever sign a 1 year contract with Crunch. They did not clarify there was a $50 penalty just to cancel your membership if you don’t stay through this time period. On top of this, there are no refunds so do not ask. Even if you don’t go to the gym for awhile or have some sort of issue, there will be no refunds given out to anybody. The manager made this clear with me no matter how much i talked to them or tried to explain my tight budget. Also they will get your money no matter what. The same card i used to start my membership and pay the first 2 months had an issue later on. After awhile, without updating anything, they suddenly were able to use my card/bank account again and charge me for all my payments, including many many late fees which occurred due to a problem with their system. I’m not looking for pity or anything like that, but please for anyone looking for a good reliable gym, this wouldn’t be it. They throw in many things that hide under a contract you’re unaware of. I don’t even know write reviews for anywhere but i don’t want someone else to get wronged as I have.
