Treadmill...stepmill.....bike.......it is a hardcore gym with not to many cardio machines. It is the best gym in the area!

No they do not. But they do have experienced trainers that can help you as you rehabilitate those areas .
You have to pay for a guest pass, they are $10 a day. It's a little steep but it is nice to have the option.
There's different type of memberships but I highly recommend the 35 a month one. Also get it before the rates go up.
