AWFUL. JUST AWFUL. "You are not allowed to leave and come back - you must stay on premises." Also they want your co-pay BEFORE they diagnose anything, BEFORE they treat you (or don't even get to you). First time I've had to pay for services BEFORE getting treated. This is the third time I've gone to urgent care in the past 4 days. First time was 'we won't be able to get to you, come back tomorrow', second time was 3 hour wait time and I gave up. Today was 5 hour wait. SYSTEM IS AWFUL! GET A BETTER ONE!

Very bad customer service I came in with my daughter with really high temperature(105) and it took us 3 hours for my daughter to get her vitals checked and that’s because I had to ask 5 times before. A kind gentleman in the check in said he would do it. Horrible place!

Only go here if you have no problem wasting your entire day trying to get help. I waited 4 hours to even get weighed! I was there for a total of 5 hours just for them to tell me my injury will heal by itself. I also overheard a lady saying she was waiting SIX HOURS to be seen! It is literally faster to drive to the Kaiser in Riverside, even with the traffic. The one in riverside also offers appointments for urgent care. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!

I usually go during not busy hours. Today I went to urgent care and I don’t even need to sit in the waiting room. They called me right away inside. I really appreciate all the workers and physicians there, they make me feel well taken care off.

I would think they would cut it off around 830ish but a quick call can answer that. They move people through pretty quick.
You walk in and and check in.. currently the Murrieta location does not have the functionality to make an appointment for urgent care online.
I know they are doing them inside by the elevators not sure if the drive thru is open, they had the signs all up still. I was there anfew days ago ago it was 7pm.
They do not have rapid testing at Kaiser. They do have Covid testing, but it is the 2-3 day results.
The doctor said that within 48 hours it is available online for members. But mine took about 8 days. He might have been thinking of the regular swab test.
Usually within 48 hours. Kaiser member online only. Just was tested. The nurse had a most excellent car side manner.

Have you never been to Urgent Care?! Yes, wait time is still a couple hours. Try going to Emergency room you will be there for 8 hours longer.
