Was impressed when they sent me a picture of the technician that would be arriving shortly, as in this day and age don't really want to open the door for just anybody. Jack and his helper were not only the kindest men, but thorough, filling me in with each step they took. I felt comfortable with my decision to go with JC Plumbing and was glad I did! My problem was solved...and I will mention, that I had previously had two other companies out and nobody actually fixed the problem. Thank you JC Plumbing! You guys rock!!

The water heater finally gave out at our house. My wife and I were in need of replacing and upgrading. We were looking at a tankless water heater. Though we were originally scheduled for the following week for a consultation, they were able to get us in a few days earlier than expected. The guys were clean and professional, informative and honest. Within only a few hours we had the old tank removed and hauled away, and our brand new unit installed. We are very satisfied with the unit, the services rendered for our house and their overall professionalism. It's no wonder why they have growing customer base and longstanding service record. We definitely recommend giving them a call for any plumbing needs.

If you are in the market for a quality and/or local plumber who is going to do the job "RIGHT" with attention to "DETAIL" then Jack at JC Plumbing is the man to call! Jack is quick to answer any questions you may have and came the very next day to give me a quote on my whole house water system. His prices fall within the norm if not under but I can't emphasize enough the quality of his work. I actually sat in my garage and watched him 95% of the install and I could not believe how his approach to setting up, installing and the clean up was absolutely phenomenal. He checked all aspects of the install where all the multiple copper pipe fittings to ensure no leaks were present and PERFECTION - A WORK OF ART was accomplished..
