Treeco cut branches over my street parked car (there were no cones or signs set up and they watched us park there) when we came back they had their cherry picker over our vehicle and didn’t wait for us to put our 7 year old in the car before continuing cutting. She was frightened and the shreds were falling all over us and inside the vehicle. When we asked them to wait one of their workers became aggressive and extremely rude. They tried to blow the car off but most of the dust is stuck. There’s chips and dust from the cuttings stuck all over our car, which they were willing to pay to have cleaned *until* the quote came in. We’ve been advised by body shop not to run through regular car wash as we risk scratching the paint. Aside from the car, it’s really poor business to put the safety of people or a child in danger by using a chainsaw directly over their heads. Jon the owner is as unprofessional as his staff. Poor leadership leading to very careless work.
