Don’t even bother. They do not greet you as others have posted. The lady at the counter could care less. Even if you have an appointment, their process is to leave your car until 5pm all day. You’re expected to wait or find a way home. They’re located in the middle of no where with nothing to do. They’re unapologetic and the sad fact is that if they answered they’re phones at anytime during the past week to confirm the appointment instead of relying on text messages, we could have clarified this already.

Had a great experience with Safelite and Andrew with getting the windshield glass replaced and recalibrated on my Tesla! Be sure to bring your Tesla in with above 80% battery charge so it has enough battery for any issues. Also bring it early in the morning around 7am bc they want it all day since it takes much longer with the recalibration.

Of you are using insurance. Call your insurance company and get a claim number and call local Safelite agent and update the claim number. I was told over the phone I need to have insurance adjuster or representative to verify the deductible before the installation but this is NOT TRUE. You don't need a representative. It is clear communication is key issues with company. When you call you get central Rep not the local store. So best is to call directly. Otherwise you get the machine doing all the work and it is frustrating. As far workmanship is good not 💯 but overall I'm pleased. I have to tuck in the wire for the dash cam back into the crevasses but all in all it is a clean job

My auto insurance is paying for it. My car got vandalized. My co-pay is only $100.00. 2016 Honda Fit hatchback window (fefroster+ Winshield wiper. A 2 hr job. farmers says simple glass replcmnt. SL's techician called 9:30 saying he'll be be here at noon. I'm in Hemet I pay Farmers $135.00/mo. I was going to switch insurances, too/my co-pays used to be $750 Farmers used to send an investigator they always found me at fault. Last incident Apr 2017 I got t-boned by a texting speeder. my 2012 ToyotaMatrix was totaled $28K car. They gave me $13K. So I got this Honda Fit.
If you fill the cracks before crack start spreading it will last.

Give them a call they will give you a quote over the phone. If the crack is larger than a quarter I dont think they can repair it.
