The staff were really kind and helpful and that’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. For campers, there is no separation between campsites and there is little adherence to the 10pm quiet hours rule. Campers near us stayed up chatting loudly until 1am and car alarms were going off at 2am. We got no sleep so we left halfway through our reservation.

We had the best time at Tahoe Valley Campgrounds. They have everything you need at this campsite. We had so many activities planned around Lake Tahoe but we canceled many because we didn’t want to leave the campsite. The pool, playground, activities and outdoor movie theater made it so much fun for the kids and I. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I do not have one bad thing to say about this place. We will definitely come back.

We loved this park- it was a little on the expensive side but that’s what you get for a thousand trails park in Tahoe. The trees are absolutely beautiful, the staff is awesome and so friendly! Sites are big and they have so many awesome activities through the week! We loved this place and will definitely be back!!

Stayed here 5 days. Easy access a block off the highway pretty much right in downtown. Registration was made on line which included a park map so I went right to my site and set up. Lanes in the park are paved but not the pads. My site was a deep pull through with plenty of room. Full hook ups with 30 amps. The park sits in a ponderosa forest, very tranquil setting. No road noise from the highway. Restrooms and showers are available. I had 20 plus TV channels and 5G with T-moble. Rates are great with my RPI membership. The park seemed half full but I bet it's full in the summer. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to go back
