Breastlink Women's Imaging has a very clean, professional environment. I went there for my yearly mammogram and they took very good care of me. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I was very happy with my appointment today. Thank you so much!

My appointment was at 4:30pm. I was told to check in by 4:20pm. So I did. Filled out the paperwork. I was asked about my Insurance. Everything was going fine. Till I sat down and kept seeing other woman that go there after me. I asked is there a reasonable I haven’t been called. The girl said she didn’t know she was just going by what she had on the board. Quickly I seen the person behind the desk fold some papers and head over to the board. I got up and asked her what was the reason I haven’t been called. She lied to my face and said they where checking my insurance. When it had already been checked when I checked in. I didn’t get called till after 5:20pm. The tech was nice. Other then that it was BS service.

Breastlink Temecula sent me a text requesting I do a review. Today is the second time I have been to this facility for a mammogram. My first time was last year. The first time I went the dark cramped waiting room had a burnt out light fixture, visiting today it was still burnt out. My first visit I thought maybe it looked as it did, due to some Covid reasons. The waiting room is small with chairs lined up & was packed both times. There is not enough seating and it is extremely depressing looking. The receptionists are behind big glass walls with metal circles to talk into. I’m not sure if that is also Covid related. They literally look like they are behind bullet proof glass. The changing rooms have yellowed accordion doors that look like the 1970’s. Staff is friendly enough- not overly friendly but fine. Also, you can do paperwork on line easily prior to your appointment. It just has a sad, run down feel and is really an unpleasant place to be. As I am newer to the area, I will now try to find something better for next year. Oh-I also had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time.

The front desk staff were great. It was a very busy time but they handled it very efficiently. The ultrasound tech that helped me was named Jennifer and she was very professional and obviously knew how to do her job. She did it very quickly and was very kind.

“While a majority of breast cancers that are found during annual breast cancer screening mammograms are in women over 50, women under 40 are generally too young to begin screening unless they have a mutation, a genetic reason or have physical symptoms, such as a mass or other breast changes,”
Yes
I've not had that problem. I would call about every 20 minutes.
