I recently stayed at Eau for a girls trip and I can NOT say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left it was amazing. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. The lobby is beautiful and the room are clean and comfortable (especially the beds). We had dinner at Polpo one night to celebrate my mother-in-laws birthday and Philips and Will did and amazing job of making us feel like royalty. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. They made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our night memorable. I can’t wait to return to Eau Palm Beach!

We live local and only visited the spa, we did not stay on property. We had an AMAZING day. The spa is absolutely stunning. My fiancé and I spent at least 5 hours there utilizing ALL parts of the spa from the garden and inside amenities to lunch at the spa's own restaurant. Aside from the spa itself, the staff is exceptionally accommodating - we had one of the most hospitable experiences to date. We had a minor inconvenience with our set appointments and because of it, they went above and beyond to make up for it and we ended up having a BETTER day that we initially planned for, featuring a champagne bottle and free gifts. We love this spa and will absolutely be back, hopefully within the next 6 months before our wedding! Thanks for a dreamy day, Eau Spa!

My review is based on their spa, we booked massages for my friends birthday. Our experience personally was a 10/10, from the valet to Rahiem getting us checked in quickly, the wish pond, everyone in the spa rooms helping us out, the wonderful ladies, Julian and of course the Spa manager. We got complimentary bottles of champagne, there was also free white sangria and snacks to be enjoyed. The amenities were all clean and very well kept up. We had a wonderful time hanging out at the cabana and swinging on the chairs before taking a dip in the jacuzzi and showering before our services which were also very relaxing! Definitely a wonderful place to treat yourself or celebrate a special occasion. Thank you to the staff and we can’t wait to be back!

I am disgusted by this hotel. Unfortunately this was the only place that had availability, otherwise we would have stayed somewhere else and left immediately. First of all, I have a spa appointment and I tried to call and cancel because my son had just gotten out of the ER and I didn't want to leave him, they insisted they would have to charge me. I ended up walking down to the spa and they did say they wouldn't charge me this one time. If I hadn't gone down I would have e been charged. The next day I was asked by valet to check in with with the front office about a billing issue! It was embarrassing and ridiculous. They had attempted no other way of reaching out to me about this issue other than apparently calling the room, even though that had my phone number and email. When I went to resolve the billing issue, which I promptly did, I also complained about how insulting it was to be summoned by valet like that. I walked away with them only saying they didn't mean to offend. Later on when I went to ask for an extra key to my room, the higher up manager was at the front desk talking to other people who were also trying to complain about the customer service (they stayed past their check out time, were charged, but not allowed to return to the room!), I then attempted to relay my problems with the hotel and then THE MANAGER CALLED THE POLICE ON US. I've never been more offended and felt like I've wasted more money in my life. PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE. THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE BOYCOTTED. I wish I had read other reviews before we booked and just chosen to stay in an air bnb. I am horrified by my experience here. Also, the bathroom has mold in it. Disgusting. To the hotel staff who has been responding to other negative reviews on here, don't bother responding to this. Instead of trying to defend the hotel, change how you do business. I hope this place closes down.
