Justin was and is a rock star. Had issues transferring data to a new phone from a cracked screen phone. I couldn’t resolve the issue on my own. With a lot of hard work he saved me a ton of work moving the contacts one by one. Thanks again.

This experience was less than enjoyable, Andre was the gentleman who said he could help us then he proceeded to say that the phones we wanted were not available. Then we were told by someone else that had more than enough in the back so that was the first lie. After this event it took almost 2 hours to upgrade our phones and add them to the plan. He didn't even help us switch our stuff over all he said was you have 30 days to trade in your phone so go ahead and do that once you have moved all of your stuff over. We then waited another 45 mins for him to put our screen protectors on which were $60 each. We got our phones and the screens were full of bubbles and put on incorrectly.

The Murrieta store is the place to go for sales and excellent service; even after the sale. Ive had several issues with using my Galaxy 12- all 'user' issues I might add. Every single time the staff in this store have been able to quickly take care of my problem and teach me a few things as well. Today was no exception! Ashton was so persistent and patience, and fixed the problem I was having in a matter of minutes! Wow! Id been trying to fix it for literally hours.These guy are the BEST and this is the store you're going to want to deal with! ( Thanks again Ashton. You've just lowered my blood pressure by 20 pts!!)
