Saved time and money as both pieces already came assembled. Other stores charging well over $1000 for kitchen set. Chest of drawers under $400 🤯. So glad I found this store 💯😁

My husband and I visited your store on 06/05/22, we purchased a dresser and a dinning table set. The dinning set was assembled a week later due to our busy schedule. We loved the dinning set however, last night my husband (Weighs 180lbs.) sat down for dinner on the bench and it cracked instantly. The bench is designed to fit 2-3 people, how can it be possible that my brand new table bench cracked to the point that it is unsafe to use? The table was only minimally used since we are a 2 person household and spend most our time at work. Unfortunately the beautiful table is of poor quality, I called the furniture I informed of my issue they asked me to send pictures and they promised to call me back , they never call me back, I try to calling a whole day and no one pick up the phone , on the next day I called with my husband phone and sure they did pick up, I was transferred to the manager and he alleged that I didn’t buy any extended warranty at this point he said that the dinning set was out of stock and if I were interested they can call me when set available so I can re-buy the bench at his price At this point I’m very upsetting and disappointing I pay for this items cash, I work hard for my money and manager telling me that I didn’t took good care sooo!! mad….

They h ave very nice furniture with great prices and customer service. If you are looking to make payments over time then you are at the wrong place because there is no layaway. With the prices as low as they are, you really wouldn't need it.

My mom purchased the blueish grey couch, when she went back to pick up the sectional it was the grey sectional pictured, Erica tried to convince her it was the same couch and refused to look at the picture my mother had to prove it was not the same sectional. Erica said it was the packaging that made it look different, when my mom took it home and took the packaging off, she knew it was not the one she bought. She proceeded to call and was yelled at by a male manager who told her he didn't need her business and hung up on her. Upon returning the wrong sectional to the store she was treated horrible by Erica yet again who still insisted it was the same sectional and followed my mother into the parking lot to argue with her. This furniture store has very poor customer service, my mother is elderly and she feels she was taken advantage of and mistreated. As can be clearly seen in the photos the two sectionals are completely different, I would tell anyone to avoid this furniture store who treats people unprofessional and takes advantage of elderly community.

At this moment for customers masks are optional. The staff still wears masks and surfaces in constant use are sanitized.
