Awful experience. Delivery driver was so rude. She did not bring my order to my door she left it on the WET sidewalk outside of my building. Why am I tipping for service like this? Why am I paying extra for it to be delivered to my door if it is not actually delivered to my door? Horrible customer service. If you don’t want to do the work to bring it to someone’s door then don’t be a delivery driver.

My carry out special large 3 topping was fantastic. Sometimes I let a dominos fall to edible and acceptable but today the toppings, crust, cut were all superb. The lobby appeared very clean. Thank you for great food and speedy service!

I had an awful experience. I called tonight to place an order for a free pizza I had on my account. That is because I ordered a pizza last time I ordered from Dominos and they forgot to bring my pizza along with my garlic knots and cheesy bread. I talked to a girl first and she had asked if i had a coupon code, which I did not cause the manager I spoke with said it would automatically be on my account. Then I asked to speak to a manager, meanwhile the girl didn’t have us on hold so we could hear everything she was saying to the manager. She was cussing in the background. So then Sierra the manager for night shift comes on the phone and we explained to her the situation. She did not seem to care and then said in these exact words “alright I’m not going to argue with you, so go ahead what do you want?” Which is not customer service at all. She should not be in the industry if she does not know hot to problem solve. And also they came with the order. The pizza was right and cheese bread . But the garlic knots came as cinnamon twists . Overall the worst experience ever.
