Ordered from here and delivery time said 21 minutes online. An hour and a half later, I decided to go pick it up because it still hadn't left the building for delivery. I called the store and the immediately put me on hold, and i sat on hold the entire drive over to the store (20 minutes). Asked to speak with the manager, showed her on speaker phone that I was still on hold, and she says well, you're talking to me now". Didn't apologize, didn't offer a discount or anything, told me she couldn't refund the delivery fee or tip, so I had to cancel the order and go somewhere else. If I could give a zero stars, I would.

Poor service ordered online waited almost 30 min to.go pick up my order that said would be ready inn 20 to 22 min. I get there and it hasn't even been started yet . The manager says because she had to give breaks and my order would be another 30 to 40 min for.2 subs and a pasta dish .....smh

Serving sizes on the pasta can change everytime you order, but the lady who is usually at the cash register is very understanding and will have it remade. Overall not a bad experience, just wish they would get more uniform on the serving sizes.

Food was as good as expected but the manager is rude and very unprofessional for no reason other than she just don't want to be bothered by customers they should not encourage pick up at this location. the restaurant was a complete mess she needs to work alone customer service skills well she don't have any! Get a new job your the worst person I have ever dealt with at any establishment! Don't know her name but short with blonde hair and works late. I wouldn't recommend ordering pickup after 5pm you will have smart a** comments the whole time your in there. I don't know if she was just showing off for her bf or just mad he don't work and she does. I wish I wouldn't of tipped I think I'm gonna get it refunded.

I luckily have never had that issue. But the Buckeye game and this cold rainy weather probably has a lot to do with it.

I placed an online order with Domino's last evening (2/9/21) and set it for in store pickup. After I arrived to pick it up after the suggested time, it still wasn't ready. My order consisted of a 2 medium (1 topping) pizzas with garlic and cinnamon bites as well as a Coke. Finally received the order and drove STRAIGHT home (2.9 miles with 2 traffic lights) to eat it. Both thin crust pizzas were not only burnt but cold, the 2 sides were barely warm. When I called to ask what had gone wrong with the order they suggested returning with the pizzas and have them replaced? At that point I was put on hold without notice....I went ahead and hung up, maybe I'll try a different Domino's if I try one at all? Service at this location hasn't been good as far as I'm concerned
