Don’t waste your time. Store hours supposedly until 11pm, took my take out order at 640 and closed, unannounced at 7pm. No indication of closing time, just a rude “manager” Can’t even get s Pizza Hut on a college campus, hilarious.

We were in Columbus for the weekend and ordered pretty late on a Friday night to our AirBnB. I was a bit concerned about ordering from here based on other reviews, but figured I'd give it a shot. Delivery was very fast and the food was good and hot. Friendly delivery person. I would definitely consider ordering again while in town!

Your on phone app is an insult to the customer and you as a business operator. Unbelievably, I was sent a text that the pizza was out for delivery for 44 minutes! I live 11 blocks from the store front! There is no trace mode like other delivery services. I live in a high rise. I want to be downstairs before the food arrives out of respect of the drivers. I was down at a reasonable period of time. But there was no food, no driver and no way for a customer to find out what is going on. This may well be a final attempt at using Yum brands.

I placed an order at 5pm. At 5:16 I received a text saying it was out for delivery. At 6:45pm I still did not receive my order. I called the store and they forgot to get my order together and shipped out. Completely unacceptable considering …
