Two delivery orders : 1st May 05,2022 ticketQ002 William 2nd May 20,20"22 not yet delivered Same order taken (William?) both orders , Order taker was short & unprofessional. When I explained that the last order was wrong, he said " I suppose I discount $2, the price of the missing topping! Did not apologize for wrong order. Keeping fingers crossed, this one will be correct!

I tried to order from here but the people in the store put me on hold for about 25 minutes. Hung up and called again, got thru but they out me on hold immediately. This is a place of business I'm not calling to say Hi. I Have a family that is hungry and due to the negligence I will be taking my money else where. If I could put a zero star I would !

Talking to others in the Columbus area makes me believe service at this Pizza Hut is some of the best. Out orders are always correct, delivery time is always earlier than expected, and there delivers are very nice and make sure our order is correct before leaving.
