By drive-thru: ordered M frie, McFlurry, and 10 McChickens. I got 8 McChickens and a M fries, I had to go walk inside and tell them they forgot my McFlurry then drove back home when I got it then when I got home I counted NOT 10 but 8 McChickens. NOW I HAVE TO DRIVE BACK WHEN GAS OUT HERE NOT CHEAP

We come to this location a lot, and within the last year, the quality of food and customer satisfaction has declined incredibly. The food is usually better during the day, but still not satisfying. The last three times we been here, they either completely messed our order up twice before getting our order cold, we received cold and old food period, or the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful towards customers. After tonight, with another cold and old, nasty order that the fries were so old and hard that we couldn't eat them; we will never return to this location again. Too many bad experiences here to count and will no longer add more to the list.

Great customer service. But I've noticed a trend at ALL McDonald's that I've eaten lunch at. I got a #1 with an extra cheeseburger. The big Mac meat was CONSIDERABLY smaller then the cheeseburger? Almost a half inch of bread all the way around. Just sad. 😥😥😥

Took 40 mins to get my food and horrible customer service. To put salt in the wound the burger wasn’t cooked. $8 to be thrown in the garbage.
