After waiting 45 minutes in line we get to 1st window and pay they let people walk up to the other window where we was suppose to pick the food up, they let them walk up order, pay and wait for food, they said we'll it's a online order(don't you have to pay online if it was online order). Then that also caused other person in a wheelchair to wait also, while you have whole line wrapped around the building. This should never be allowed, it's definitely a safety issue.

Great food, jalapeño sliders the best. I've been eating at white castles since I was a kid, they've added alot of great sliders and specialty items over the years. I love the trivia on the boxes, I learn something new with each slider, I have some great castle stories I'd love to see on a box. After a long day at work, there's nothing better than getting a ten sack and cheese sticks. They're usually gone before I get home, the smell is mouth watering.

I typically do not eat at white castle. I got my normal chicken rings, cheese sticks and cheeseburger but decided to try the shrimp nibblers. Typically they are small and all breading. These were actually plump and I could taste the shrimp. I think white castle is a bit expensive but when you crave something late at night they are there for you! This restaurant was far better than the one by my place!

Always get fresh, hot food no matter what time of day I've been! Thanks guys for keeping the food fresh and hot...it means more than you know! Such a pleasure to get it fresh unlike McDonald's or Wendy's or Burger King...they have no idea how to serve hot food!
