I stopped in today to get a key replaced on my MacBook Air keypad. Marty was able to replace the key within minutes and was super helpful! I will definitely be returning when I need computer or phone repairs. They also have a nice selection of refurbished macs that come with a one year warranty. So glad I found them!

Mixed customer service, new issues popping up after repair, however the issue I brought it in for was addressed. Full disclosure: this place seems to specialize in Apple products and I brought in a PC, so that's partially on me for not seeing that in my brief research of the place. When I went into the store, I was helped by someone who I did not realize was an actual employee of the store until he went behind the counter and started taking down information on the computer. He was not dressed in any sort of way that would signify that he worked there (I would have settled for a nametag or a T-shirt with the company name), so for all I knew a random customer was assisting me. The guy not only spelled my name wrong (not sure how he managed that), but apparently forgot to write down the reason I brought my laptop in in the first place, which was not only unprofessional but frustrating to me, as I had to re-explain the issue later. They also wrote my password down and lost the piece of paper (???) so I changed it just in case. The second guy to help me was much more professional, but to be fair he was the one who lost the paper. After someone took a look at it who knew what they were doing, I was told the problem and paid to have it fixed. However, when I took my laptop back home, I noticed a small crack that was not there before. I am a very careful person when it comes to tech, so I highly doubt this was me as that crack was not there prior to bringing it to the store. My issue was resolved (generally slow performance issues), however my VPN stopped working altogether, which is strange as it was working perfectly for weeks until this point. Doesn't seem worthwhile to bring something in to fix one problem, only to have two more take its place. I will definitely be using a different store in the future.

I took an iPad Air for the screen to be replaced. I continuously had problems after the repair. Eventually, he said" it was out of warranty now and I can't fix it anymore." The iPad is now worse than what it was before I took it to there. Recommend paying extra and taking to Apple store for repair if you want it done right.We apologize we were unable to meet your needs. We did make several attempts to get your iPad repaired, even extending the warranty period twice to try and accommodate you.

All employees wear masks, the shop is frequently sanitized, social distance guidelines are followed. We ask all customers to please wear a mask while shopping. Employees wear gloves while working on customer's computers. Hand sanitizer is available and easily accessible.
Yes, we can replace an iPhone 7 battery for $29.99 & it takes ~10 minutes. An 8+ screen replacement is $99.99 and takes ~30 minutes. The frame damage isn’t usually an issue but it’s hard to say without seeing the phone. Bring it by and we’ll let you know if it’s going to pose a problem. -Dean
Are you asking if they sell gift cards for iTunes and other things Apple related? I'm not totally sure, but I don't think they do. They sell refurbished Apple computers and accessories.
Not that I'm aware of unless they're repairable affordably and the repaired product passes their quality tests. Note that this is a quality franchise small business locally owned by someone with a concious IMHO.
