My wife and I drove to Columbus from out-of-town. I had damaged our Canon camera during a bike ride and Camtronics seemed to be the only location within driving distance that could make the repairs. Jaimie made the repairs to the camera while we waited. We were very thankful and the camera works great. If you need any kind of camera repair don't be hesitant to talk-to or visit Jaimie at Camtronics.

I briefly visited Camtronics Camera Repair [at 1025 W. Third Ave. in the "Fifth by Northwest" neighborhood of Columbus] yesterday [9-6-2022]. I have ridden past there many times on the #3 COTA bus during the past several years but had not stopped there until yesterday. I had had several different reasons to visit that neighborhood yesterday so I decided to visit Camtronics Camera Repair as one of my three destinations, yesterday, in that neighborhood. I first visited World of Photography [one block to the west at 1043 W. Third Ave.]; I then visited Camtronics Camera Repair for several minutes before walking north to W. Fifth Ave. so that I would be able to eat at a new-to-me restaurant. The guy behind the counter [their "customer area" is only about six feet square] told me that Camtronics Camera Repair has been in business since 1974, which tells me that they have many years of experience in terms of repairing cameras. I have no cameras [of which I am aware] that are in need of repair so I told the guy behind the counter that I had been there mostly as a "tourist." We spoke for several minutes at the front counter and then I moved on to my next destination. I had probably spent most of my time while visiting Camtronics Camera Repair -- both before and after my "inside" visit -- standing in their front yard taking many photographs of their front window -- with and without their freestanding sign that is closer to the street -- with the goal of having taken at least one photograph during the extremely brief moment when all four of the letters of their "OPEN" sign had been illuminated. I will post to Google Maps only two of the 21 photographs that I had taken of Camtronics Camera Repair yesterday.

Took in my Nikon cameras for cleaning and repair. I was told "Well, I am running on a bit of a delay" so I expected it would be quite a while for getting things completed...WRONG...The delay he spoke of was a 1 week turn around for 2 cameras. That is NOT a delay as far as I'm concerned. If they consider that a delay then you know they pride themselves on quick service and I can appreciate that. They met the time promised and the service was excellent. Not only that, but the pricing was extremely fair for what we had done. I was expecting that I may have to pay way more (and probably would have had to if I went elsewhere) and when the quote was lower I was again blown away. Camtronics was fantastic to work with for my camera service and cleaning needs. I will be using them again in the future and I recommend that you do too.

I think it is possible, just call to the service work hours. I personally sent digital camera, and I saw they fix film devices too.
Yes we can
We can clean it
All digital camera model rectifying the problem and correct it.
You would need to call them for a quote on that.
You need to call them
Call and talk to Jamie. He does the repairs. If it's going to take longer because he has to order a part, he usually keeps you updated.
Why not call them and fond out.
Just give them a call and talk to Jamie. He'll give you an estimate of its repairable.
They can give you a free estimate.
We would need to see the camera as parts are no longer available. If we have the parts, yes we can fix it. Regarding the fungus, most of the time we can remove it, some fungus attaches permanently. We'd be happy to take a look however.
Yes! We repair both film and digital SLR cameras as well as video transfer service.
