None of the instructions were followed with my delivery. From the light sauce and extra cheese I requested to the delivery which was supposed be contactless and was anything but. Driver threw food at me. Never again will I order from this location.

When you quit accepting cash for delivery is when I will order from another pizza place. Goodbye Pizza Hut good luck on staying open when you dont accept cash anymore.

We ordered a pizza and apple pies at the Pizza Hut on E. Main Street near James R. in Columbus Ohio with the Pizza Hut App. The order was correct and the food was excellent. The staff did everything right and were friendly and courteous. The Pizza Hut App worked fine.

I called pizza hut. I asked them are they delivering. They said yes so I told them I am going to place my order online. I place my order at 4:32pm. The tracking said it was in the oven. The pizza was supposed to be here at 5:15. I waited until 630 and called them. The man that answered the phone was rude said we are closed and hung up on me. Is that the way people does business. So they say they are delivering and make ppl wait and don't call them to let them know anything.
