Ordered online for carryout. Credit card charged. Arrived at store after opening hour, and no one was there. Not a single person. The front door was open, the place was dark, and when I went in, the alarm went off. How is it possible this place is still open?!?! It's a joke. Still waiting for refund.

We have ordered from here several times where the delivery arrives much later than the estimated time. Understandable when it’s a busy night. However, tonight when our order was over an hour late we tried to call multiple times and no one would ever answer the phone. Finally the voicemail said they were closed for the night. No pizza and we were charged for the order. We will have to request a refund from their corporate office because no one ever answered at the local store.

After having to call a few times like it phone tag at 11:05-11:10pm to finally order a large half pepperoni and half green pepper and mushroom with a two liter of mt dew I was told my total was 13 dollars and some cents with an approximate est. time of 15min completion. I get to the store and a group of intoxicated girls were in line prior. One bumped the card machine button on accident. I was paying with cash anyway. The female who was working is an older caucasian with brunette color hair. She avoided any eye contact and spoke softly. She lacks customer service qualities. She wasn't that appealing towards personality traits either. She thought I was in to order and asked to take the order. I told her I was in for a pick up order. She found my order by name but the order I received was a full covered pepperoni pork covered pizza with thin crust and well done. My total she said was 14 dollars and some change. The nastiest pizza I ever ate in my life sadly. It was rock hard, cold and pure gross. Apparently her bad day made my pizza terrible. I pray for you to learn how to treat customers with decency, to have self confidence and happiness , but most importantly the ability to learn how to make a large pepperoni half only and the other half veggies of mushrooms and green peppers. Screwed up my whole mood and wasted money spent. No more.

Cold pizza 2 hours later and uts the wrong pizza. Called to get a refund and it's an Indian call center, not the business. Tried to get a refund and was on hold for 30 minutes before someone hung up on me. No wonder they are going under. Update: The account that responded isn't a real person. Just a bot to. Copy and paste. Don't waste your time here.
