I tried ordering online to take advantage of the 50% coupon but the location wasnt allowing online ordering. So I called the store to see if I could place an order via phone and they honor the coupon since I couldnt place the order online - The woman who answered gave me every excuse under the sun to not honor this coupon, going as far as recommending me to order from a different location and going to pick it up from there (Which is @ 30 minutes away(1 hour roundtrip)). Cant think outside the box to resolve issues = 0/10 customer service. Ive also submitted a complaint regarding this.

Got food poisoning from one order a few months ago and then gave them another shot today and our order never showed up after an hour and then was marked as delivered. It took another half an hour to get someone on the phone and after talking to three people they tried to convince us to pick it up as carry out even though it had already been driven around for an hour and a half at this point so we finally ended up getting a refund but it was ridiculous they were going to charge us for a pizza that didn't show up and they never bothered to call when they supposedly could find our apartment so just marked it as delivered instead. 0/10

Pretty BAD service,the the person on the phone very rude is no our customer problems about the mod i know may short of drive wherever but I just call because my order is an hour late my lunch time is 45min just simple wanted to cancel my order with out being rude i have order from dominos since a good time with out problems but this experience is no Soo good i don't recommend this Galloway store. NO EXCUSES .
