Benson's refused to replace a package that was lost by the post office. I am a senior citizen with comorbidities who should not be using public transportation, yet they insist that is the only way they will deal with replacing this prescription item. For a medical supply company their lack of empathy is stunning.

First off I just got hung up by Lizz. I was not screaming, yelling, swearing or calling nameS. I may have been a little hyper from being lied to and mid informed. She advised me months ago that she would contact me back on a different method for my CPAP machine. I have not heard back from her in a few months so I took it upon myself to call them to see why they have a call me back to possibly return the machine for billing to stop for my insurance company. She advised me right away that the equipment Rental did stop and for me to return it however then she changed her story and said that the machine was all paid for and the story flipped. Now I’ll have to start this whole process over again while a phone call could have prevented all of this.

Went there Monday for a breast pump said they didn’t have any in stock, said they where gonna order it should be there in 2days I called Thursday wasn’t there said it was arriving Friday , I called on Friday and said it wasn’t there , so now I have too use a hand pump until I can actually get my pump when ever that is . Just worse experience and miss leading information.
