I had a oil change done today (9/24/2022) for my first time at Basil Ford Service Department. I scheduled with Brian in service during the week. I was given an appointment for Saturday (9/24/2022) at 9:45 am. Naeshaun took care of my service. My vehicle was in and out quit fast. The price was surprisingly lower than I expected. My last oil change was a lot more at a different facility in Lockport NY. ( Not a Ford facility). I just want to thank the staff for great serves, and a job well done.

$5,000 over MSRP for a used truck. Of course they don't post this online nor do they mention it until you show up in person. I really hope people remember dealers like this when the market recovers. Fortunately we have better options in the Niagara/Buffalo area!
