Reviews on here are now very very hard to believe. I sat last night reading several very negative comments. I know now first hand that the folks at this site are second to none when it comes to customer service and caring. I am not a normal patient of theirs through my CPAP and the levels they went to in order to help me out this morning were far beyond what they needed to. I can't say thank you to them enough. Never fully trust a review when making a decision on whether or not you will try a place out. I think we all may surprise ourselves when we give others a chance.

I've received numerous incorrect invoices (incorrect amounts, incomplete amounts, and for things I've already paid for) with the same response from Health System Services: We're upgrading our systems. How about check you invoices before they go out as it's been several months of this. And, one of those invoices was for a 50% co-pay for equipment when I was told by the Health System Services sales person that I didn't have a co-pay...the response from the biller when I received the invoice: We expect our customers to know themselves what their insurance covers, and I can't imagine our sales rep would have told you that because I talk to her daily, so we won't apologize to you. Well the sales rep 100% told me I didn't have a co-pay for this equipment and I don't appreciate the defensiveness of the biller when their co-worker clearly made a mistake. Did the sales rep just make a mistake or was it intentional to up her numbers? Don't know, but with so many issues I'm taking my business to one of the many other places that provide medical equipment.

This company is not answering my calls nor calling me back. They delivered a walker to my mother today and it is too short. I tried to call and let them know she needs a walker whose handles are at least 41 inches high, but this company will not make themselves available to me as a caregiver for my elderly mother. This is very frustrating. After Josh called me back and was very helpful I am editing this review. Because of Josh I give an aggregate for four stars

Every experience we have had with this company has been five star!!! From delivering and setting up a hospital bed to installing a wheelchair ramp. Everyone has been respectful and helpful.

Jen, thanks for your question. We do arrange for repair of concentrators we have rented or sold.
Sorry you feel as though receiving your medical device has taken too long. There may be additional hurdles out of our control. Such as delays from the manufacturer or insurance authorization approval. Please call during business hours on Monday and asked to speak with customer service supervisor, Josh B.
