At 4:40 on Friday 7/1/2022 I ordered a double order of bread sticks and an order of mini-Cinnibons while sitting the parking lot outside the facility. The time estimate was 10-20 minutes. At 4:50 I pulled up to the pick-up window and then sat there for 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged my presence, even though I honked my horn after sitting for 2 minutes. After handing the man at the window my credit card, I was given a receipt to sign for $68.88. Needless to say, I refused to do that and was simply told, "No need for that". I drove home, which took about 15 minutes. Much to my disappointment, when I got home I found one box of 5 bread sticks barely above room temperature, very soggy, and semi-burned on the top like they had been sitting around for an hour or two or maybe they had been made the day before. The second box of bread sticks was warm and the mini-Cinnabons were perfect. I have many other choices (6) for pizza and breadsticks very near to me and thought that I would give Pizza Hut a try since they abandoned a storefront 2 miles from my house some while ago. Based on the service and the disgusting quality of the some of the food I was given, I will never go back again. If I could have given less than 1 star, I would have.

It has been 2 years since we have had Pizza Hut Pizza. We moved to a new home and started using a Pizza Hut close to our home. And then that Pizza Hut closed during the Ohio Pandemic Quarantine. So, we started making our own Pizza and using a competitor. This Pizza Hut made an amazing thin crust Super Supreme Pizza. The staff was so quick and friendly. Great Pizza and we never got out of the car, just pulled up to the window! Wow! Thank You Pizza Hut!!! (Picture on Your Google Maps page)

Today was the third time recently I've tried to order from this location and it's just seems to be randomly closed on random days. And to be honest the last few times I've not been too impressed with what I've gotten. Especially the last time I went to pick up my food, I got the double order of bread sticks but absolutely no dipping/marinara sauce at all. When I came back to get it, they wanted to charge me for it. On top of that, nor did my pizza have the extra cheese I ordered and paid for. Looks like I'm going to be going elsewhere from now on since there's plenty of other pizza places around. Pizza Hut has definitely lost my business for good.

The pizza was not made to our specifications. It was missing an ingredient and the toppings were very sparse, unlike in the past. The pasta was terrible. Overpriced, dry, and flavorless. It was inedible. My children would not touch it, not even slathered in sauce. I also do not like getting charged for red pepper. The worker that helped me at the window was very polite, but the food was horrible.
