I was able to place an order over the phone with a customer service rep and told to pick it up in 15 minutes. Arrived and the doors were locked and no one answered the phone. I waited 10 minutes over and finally a gentleman pulled up to tell me that they aren’t open. Wasn’t his fault but the fact that customer service line took my order and told me to head over when they weren’t even open is very frustrating. Wasted my lunch break time and I had no food to show for it. The hours of this place are never updated as what shows on Google is always incorrect when I show up. I try and be patient but this is very frustrating and I don’t wanna come back when I’ve had an issue twice now which is why I’m leaving a review. Please get this together as it’s losing you business.

The hard work of the staff has improved this restaurant 100%. The effort is greatly appreciated!!! The lack of toppings continue. one out of 5 of my last orders had the correct amount of toppings. The meat lovers I had was close but upon further inspection it just empty in 30 percent of the crust.

Unreliable hours. When you order online it says one thing until you try and check out. Says open until 10pm but was just told closed due to maintenance and there is no one I can talk too for solid information….annoyed

Placed order by phone for a family birthday gathering. Arrived to pick up order to find doors locked. No answer when called same number as earlier, lights were on inside. Other customers were there as well for pick up, one pointed out new hours posted on door said "closed" Tuesday though internet showed them as open. Many of us impacted by this issue at 6:15p Tuesday. I was first to arrive of the group, no vehicles in lot. Felt confident there was nothing wrong inside so we all left. Ordered first time from Gatsby's - fantastic pizza! They made great pizzas and saved the birthday gathering. Will not order from Pizza Hut again.
