Lived there for a year and would have stayed longer if I didn’t have to move cities… best priced place I could find for what it is and the new property managers are FANTASTIC! I’d recommend the second or third floor highly if you plan on living here!

The knowledgeable team is very friendly and helpful, and they answered all of my questions with professionalism. Located just a few minutes from downtown Columbus, this is a wonderful place to drop anchor. Pet-friendly, equipped with a beautiful swimming pool, lounge area, movie room and much more, I would highly recommend touring this place as I’m sure you’ll be happy with your findings.

I’m looking to move into Austins place. Hoping all goes correct and the management is able to work with me as nice as they were in person. I was checking reviews And I am still looking forward to moving in. They communicated so well up front on Friday , I really hope it is honest and they are this friendly and not like other reviews. Will update. Just wanted to stop by and say management was super helpful against the other reviews I had read. I hope they continue once I am (hopefully) a tenant at Austin’s place.

I can't tell you enough how easy my moving process has been. The office staff is amazing, amenities are great, and tons of storage space you don't find anywhere else! I had an electrical issue when I first moved in, and maintenance came to fix it same day. Very dog friendly too :) I am a very happy resident and would recommend Austin Place to anyone.
