we have lived this apartment for almost 4 years, their internet pictures and show rooms are way different than the actual homes, the first day we moved in we took more then 30 pictures of things that needed to be fixed, the kitchen was left unfinished, the bathrooms was dirty and had rusty sinks, afterwards we have had so many maintenance visits, the dishwasher would never work properly the maintanance would come and go telling us it will work, the laundry machines were rusty but worked good. more importantly, they have water ponds behind every apartment complex and it is not safe if you have children, in the apartment I lived in the water pond was literally 13 feet away from my back door. after we moved they sent me a bill of $1063. when I asked them the reasoning they told me the carpet had stains that were under the carpet, which was not caused by us.

They do not give back your deposit. I moved out October 2021 and still have yet to see it. Every time I call they give me the run around and tell me they will have a manager reach out or just don’t answer the phone at all.

I highly don’t recommend!!!!!! I been living here for a little over a year, and been having problems with my washer machine with it smelling like eggs and all maintenance do is come in & pour MY bleach inside and run a cycle. I was supposed to be getting new lights and a ceiling fan they made me appointment that was 2 weeks out (May27,2022) for no one to come or give me a call to reschedule(I had to call them twice once at 10am the lady said she will call maintenance then call me Right back, no one called back so I called again at 2pm when my appointment was at 8am) when I finally talk to someone they told me that they didn’t have any ceiling in stock so I asked why can’t they do the other upgrade while I wait until the fan comes in their reply because they want to fix it all at once after inconveniencing me by moving everything out both of my bedroom closet and no turn around time for when they are able to come to the upgrade… With that being said this apartment complex is a joke and I can’t wait until my lease is up!!!!

My boyfriend and I having been living here for a little over 3 years and love it. The apartment is nice and spacious. Rent is very reasonable and they don’t raise rent very much each year. Rarely have issues with any of the appliances, and if we do, maintenance has always come very quickly to fix it. Office staff are also always very nice and friendly. For example, one time i had realized i forgot to shut the garage door after i had driven off to work. I called the office and someone came by (in the cold and snow) to drop off a package we had waiting in the office and close the garage door for me.
