this is my second apartment and the first time I will be renewing a lease. Jodi is so sweet!! and she’s been working with me on some issues I’ve brought to her attention. She was never once rude about it and replied in a mannerly time even though I know she’s busy throughout the day. She’s made me feel cared about and has been so genuine! What a great place! J'hanna (our leasing agent) worked overtime to help my partner and I move in on an incredibly short notice. She took great care of us was was thoughtful and thorough in helping us through the process. The apartment is pretty standard but the staff who work here are 10/10. While the apartment had some issues on move in (dishwasher needed reset, closet shelf was wobbly) maintenance came less then 24 hours after I posed a maintenance request. I was hoping that they would give a notice before they came but since they got all issues fixed so quickly I had no problem with that.

Last week Rick came and completed my service requests. Rick is always professional, personable and thorough. Since I've lived here, he has been my tech. He is awesome and a hard worker! I couldn't ask for a better technician. He not only takes care of the inside of the apartments, he also keeps our grounds beautiful! Thanks Rick!

It varies depending on the time of year... My rent is closer to the 900 range, but ive been here over two years. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place definitely not worth your money. I left a review on this place i encourage you to read.
Hi Ted! We have listed our Pet Policy below to help answer this question: Weight Limit: 80 lbs. (combined weight of all animals) The projected average weight at the time of maturity can’t exceed this amount. Ex: A Saint Bernard puppy isn’t allowed even if they plan on staying one year before it exceeds 80 lbs. Pet Limit: 3 animals (maximum 2 dogs) Cats should be declawed and pets should be spayed and neutered. Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Dalmatians, Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Akitas, Huskies and Alaskan Malamutes. I'm not sure but they will ask you if you do have an eviction. If you pass on income you're sure to get an apartment. If you're worried about not getting an apartment then find someone that will cosign with you and let them put you down as an occupant. My wife has an old eviction but it xidnt matter because I had already qualified for the apartment. Your cosigner doesn't have to live with you they would just be on the lease with you. You will still be authorized for the apartment, so you can call for maintenance, etc. If you find this helpful you can let the leasing office know that Sidney Watkins refered you. 2669 club lane rd.
