I've lived here in Columbus 58 years my whole life I have never been to the flag lady store we went I bought a Ukrainian flag which I love and they do have some Nifty little stuff too but I thought they would have had a more selection of flag seeing how they make flag I love my Ukrainian flag

I ordered something simple, nothing custom, straight off the shelf. A month later, I still had no product. I contacted them and while there was some snafu with my order never being processed, they shipped the order and issued a refund. However, when the order arrived only three of the four parts were in the envelope. Good customer service but a little flat on execution.

My mom rides in Pelotonia and the Flag Lady's Flag Store created a flag for the event. It's family owned and ran. They had such a huge selection too, more than flags.

Yes we do have historical flags. If we don’t have it in stock, we’ll order it. If we can’t get it, we can make it for you.
We repair Old Glory until the blue cannon and stars exceed or equals the length of the stripes. Please note, a repaired flag lasts half the time as a new flag. The reason, the flag material has been worn and stretched. Repairing Old Glory is best with 8x12' and above. The larger flags cost more so repair is cost effective. I hope that helps.
