I went there several times, even had a computer built. The people are super friendly and they're ready to help. At times I do feel like they're understaffed.

It’s something that I describe as a geek’s paradise. If you are a nerd, and love to surround yourself by geeky stuff such as computers and electronics, this is your go to place. There is nothing in the world of electronics, that you wont get here. The staff are very knowledgeable, and helpful. I simply love to spend a few hours here.

Purchased a new POWERSPEC computer ( Micro Center exclusive)for my company. The purchase was quick and painless. There tech services were also remarkably fast and accommodating. I needed Windows 11 removed and Windows 10 installed, they were able to do very quickly and I was able to wait while they did this. Note- they weren’t busy in the service department at that time, so repair times will vary due to the other computers ahead of you. Very happy with my purchase!

They are friendly and are always willing to help. And man, do they have a selection! Much bigger than my local micro center in Mayfield. Excellent customer service. They had many 3070 TI and 3080TIs and AMD 6000 series. So it's worth it if you need a graphics card.

I don't know but if you call them they can help you with this question
Yes, they do. Don't let Michael lie to you. I literally used it two hours ago.
Both! Instore pickup from online purchases and the store is open for a limited # of people at one time (so there might be a line)
I'm assuming 1080ti is a PC video card and yes they have a large supply of video cards. Check their web site and I believe it will show what the store has in stock. Also some items have to be purchased in person.
Just depends on if it's a hardware, software or a virus. Call them. They're very helpful. They will give you a reasonable estimate.
Yes, diagnostics start at $100 then additional fees to install the new component to fix the issue. Regardless of where you got the pc.
Micro Center will be able to fill all of your needs and plenty of assistance to help you as well
Yes they do. I would also suggest laser over inkjet.
You can, but you'll get a call center not the local branch.
