Micro Center - All questions

Address: 747 Bethel Rd, Columbus, OH 43214, USA

Yes, diagnostics start at $100 then additional fees to install the new component to fix the issue. Regardless of where you got the pc.

Gerard Hennelly | Jun 28, 2018

If you are a customer they will often take care of it for free. Obviously your results May Vary but I found that Microcenter and the help area is exemplary when it comes to customer service.

They likely will. But call and make sure just in case they will charge a fee.

You can bring your computer in, it would be a $40 fee for a complete system diagnostic. They can tell you what's wrong with it and what part to replace, so if you wish to replace that part yourself, you could save a little more. It's especially useful if you have a warranty for that faulty part so you can then RMA it and be back up and running.
