They did an amazing job. Was able to get my screen replaced same day and get a new screen protector installed. Highly recommend for cell phone servicing!

Overall experience was great. Improvement needed on checking repair status. I left a few text messages and I tried calling 4 to 5 times around the time quoted for pick up. No response(s). Staff was very busy. So when I arrived, 30 min past the quoted pick up time, my repair wasn’t ready. I was told come back in 2-1/2 hours more and it will be done. Everything else was perfect. Non OEM parts were used for the repair but that was known when I dropped it off.

The guys that work here are true gems! It’s a pleasant experience when I need a device repaired. They are always so nice and welcoming, knowledgeable and quick with their service. I’ve seen how they interact with customers of all ages and you can tell they really about people in general, but especially those they are serving. No matter where I live in or around Columbus, it will always be worth the drive to come support their store. I am a customer for life!

Repair service was great but overall ethics are not on this store's side. I had an issue, my phone had a screen protector and I was advised by their techs not to remove it and I made it clear it had a lifetime warranty and I needed it back to replace. The screen protector was removed and thrown away even though techs said it was in the notes not too. I was advised they would order a new one and I stated this was probably discontinued (Zagg will still custom cut) and I was told they would get a customer cut one. I asked if I needed this in writing and was advised no it was in the notes. After 8 days I stopped back and was advised this is not an option and the new tech helping said why I just didn't take the screen protector with me. That's when I advised I was told to leave it and it was in the notes. He said there were no said notes. Had to come back a third time and talk to the owner. Manager offered a more high-end replacement but only had a one year warranty not lifetime. That was more than I was expecting but still doesn't solve the lifetime warranty that I already paid for on the screen protector that was thrown away. I'm now taking my fight up with the BBB and their corporate office. Overall I would look for more of a repair center with more honest and trustworthy employees and you can avoid the he said he said issues I'm dealing with now.

If it's through Asurion insurance plan it's around 30 to 50 dollars. If just the glass is broken it's 199.99, if the LCD is damaged it's 279.99. :)
Pretty sure they can do that without damaging anything else, I recommend calling them first though.
