The whole experience was wonderful. From the salesman, Michael Perram, to the finance guy, Efren, everything was streamlined and well handled. After a dealership in Bellingham tried to charge us $10,000 over MSRP for my wife’s dream Jeep we decided to shop closer to our home town. We chose Bruce Titus and it was the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership in my entire life! From our first inquiry with Chrissy, to our build and correspondence with our sales person Ben, to signing our final docs in finance, the process was smooth and enjoyable. Ben was simply awesome. He was so kind, attentive, and detail oriented from start to finish with zero pressure or BS. He would give us regular updates during the build process and shipment process and always answered all of our questions promptly, sometimes after hours. I have never worked with a car sales person of his caliber (I’ve purchased close to 20 cars in my lifetime -10 at dealerships). We just love our new 2022 wagoneer!! We have bought many cars both used and new this by far has been one of the best experiences buying. The employees were nice and very helpful. I even got my first full tank of gas free. They got us low monthly payments and very good interest rates. Definitely recommend this place 😊
