Wow. Walk in because everyone has always been delightful. However this was not the time. The one person I interacted with was not helpful, named 'Vegas' . Idk what her was problem was, I don't go ' tanning' frequently, just cocktails for events. Guess I'm dumb. She told me I didn't have an account (I do because Vegas subsequently found it), then she said 'MA'M, i don't know what your problem is' after being zero help, did not upsell, didn't explain the current deals. When I was irritated, she said to see her manager SITTING IN THE CAR outside. I had to walk past said manager who rolled down her window to ask 'is there a problem'. No named manager was the person I interacted with the last time I came, who I really liked. Sucks. Hope this location closes.

Came in as a Tan Pro "orphan" when they were bought. I was nervous but I'm so glad this happened bc this place is actually SO much cleaner and nicer than tan pro. I'm happy.

Love the salon at Graceland...its always clean, the staff is super friendly, definitely a great place to get my tan on!

The first visit I had I came out of the spray tan booth completely splotchy and runny. The gal at the front desk did her best to do repair work by hand, but since there is evidently only ever 1 person working the salon at a time, she was frequently interrupted by clients coming in, or having to clean booths. At the end of the visit, she stated she would put extensive notes in my file about what happened, and that I wouldn't be charged for the cartridge on my next visit. On my 2nd visit, there was a different gal. No notes were evidently ever placed in my file. She gave me advice to rub in any runny areas, which completely contradicted what the 1st gal told me to do. I got undressed and put on my priming lotion, only to find the gal didn't leave me a hair cap, which meant getting redressed and waiting for her to deal with several clients at the front desk before she was able to hand me a cap. The loud music makes it difficult to hear what the worker is saying, and the dim lighting throughout the salon makes it impossible to see what you really look like after the tan. Will absolutely be canceling my membership asap, which I learned I have to do in person.
