I stopped into Orbit City Bikes to check out some bikes. Tom, the owner, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain me the differences in some of his bikes and let me test a BEAUTIFUL bike that he has. I'm thinking over my options for electric transport but I will definitely keep Orbit City Bikes and Tom in mind because of his great business.

This was an initial visit. Derrick was very personal, very patient and understanding with all our questions. There was quite a bit of selections and styles. Will be going back for further information to decide which bike we'll purchase from Orbit City Bikes.

What a great shop! I test rode three bikes and Derek spent a couple of hours with me, answering my questions and giving me an opportunity to get a great feel for each bike. Not knowing the area around the store, I asked Derek to ride with me. I purchased my first electric bike from Orbit today and feel totally comfortable with my choice. I highly recommend Orbit. We had a GREAT experience at Orbit City Bikes. We were just getting into the market for two e-bikes when we decided to stop by Orbit City Bikes. Tom, the owner of the shop, was very helpful. He took us through the basics and let us test ride some bikes. And boy, was he knowledgeable about e-bikes! We’re still in the ‘decision’ phase on which models to buy — but I can highly recommend this bike shop. Great, helpful service and a good selection of bikes in stock.
