Went in to get a simple derailleur adjustment after I called in to ask how much it’ll be. Guy tried to up sell me for $100 and tells me it needs a tune up, even though it has new cables, bar tape, wheel is true etc. Told him I called in and they said it would be $15 for the derailleur and he said they don’t tell prices over the phone. Doubt it. I know bike shops tend to be expensive but don’t play me for a fool.

PG has a stellar reputation, but words fail to express my disappointment at their refusal to even try working on my e-bike’s disc brakes, which are pretty straightforward. REI was able to handle it under 30min, so I guess I’ll let REI handle bike-related things from here on out, even though it’s considerably further away for me.

Not one to write reviews typically but I got a tune-up here and WOW. Could feel the difference in my bike immediately. Was such a pleasure to ride. On top of that, they're clear, communicative, and do everything they say they will. (They got me in within ten days for my tune-up.) Been looking for my go-to bike garage in Cbus for five years and am glad to have found it.
