The team reassured me of the safety features my unit has then, not only fixed the issue but cleaned the fireplace and glass leaving it looking much better than when he arrived. Knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and no nonsense. My recent experience with my technician Grant and Specialty Gas House as a whole was close to perfect. The estimation effort was clear and certain, and the entire cost was less than half of other estimates received (sought 3 total estimates for the job.) Job was a gas line install of approximately 25 ft, two shut off valves, and installation/setup of gas log set and burner. Our technician, Grant, was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He respected my request for a mask in the home, and he was completed with the job within 3 hours. He even took the time to explain the maintenance of the set. The only thing I wish could've been done differently is knowing about SGH before I purchased my burner kit privately. I was informed that I may have paid slightly less for the installation effort and there's an extended warranty if doing both purchase and install.

We had Specialty Gas House install gas logs at our old house last year. I really wanted a fireplace here and had no idea what to do. There was a wood stove here when we moved in. Specialty Gas House suggested getting the mantle and gas insert. I could not be happier. It is beautiful and the installer’s were fantastic.
