Great hotel, General manager, Carlos Really went out of his way to make sure my family and I had a pleasant stay. He would always interact with us. Front desk staff was very polite and professional. Hotel is clean and has a great location. I plan on staying here again.

Highly recommend staying here. The hotel is quite close to Universal Studios just of International Drive. We checked in via the Hilton app before we arrived and picked our room we received a digital key which opened the room with my phone. The digital key was temperamental so opted to get a plastic key. The room was immaculate, the room had a mini kitchen which we didn't use. I can see how it would be useful though. The free breakfast every morning was varied and plentiful. We went to breakfast at different times throughout the week and it was never to busy. The staff on duty were always helpful and polite.

Great hotel!!! From check in to check out everything was great! Barry was so helpful answering my questions and helping me understand how to get to Universal using the free shuttle. The laundry was an awesome amenity. We didn't eat breakfast because we are low carb but great for families. Room was very comfortable and had everything you could want. We would stay here again.

Room was clean and customer service was great. The breakfast every morning was good too with plenty of choices. The only thing that we kind of had a little trouble with was the parking. If you come back late after 10:30-11 in the night, you will not find a parking in the property. You will have to park across the street at Hilton Garden Inn. It wasn't a big deal other than a little inconvenience. Our room service lady was doing a great job. All in all we are happy with the stay.
