I have had two family members pass away here, though they had long lives, the most recent was so reminiscent of what happened almost 3 decades ago. It's funny when you think they're there to get better, and when it looked like they would, only to find it they get worse. Hooked up to machinery, with them trying to fight and get out of it. It's a painful memory. If only health care costs weren't such a issue. The doctor looked like a pirate too.

W⃨O⃨R⃨S⃨T⃨ H⃨O⃨S⃨P⃨I⃨T⃨A⃨L⃨ E⃨V⃨E⃨R⃨!⃨!⃨!⃨!⃨!⃨!⃨!⃨!⃨!⃨!⃨ Some of the people working in the hospital were racist and disrespectful to my friend and I. The lady didn’t even my friends blood pressure correctly and basically had an attitude as if she didn’t want us to be there. Not only that, the doctor didn’t help my friend and suggested they had a health issue without taking tests for the health issue the doctor suggested. This hospital was a waste of time and wouldn’t recommend it to no one; not even my worst enemy.

Worst service ever in the United States ! Very unprofessional! sent no experiences nurses to work on patients often, two nurses poke my hands more than 5 times and made my whole hand’s back numbed for an half year! It’s was back in about 3 year ago! They never felt bad and even did not say sorry! They practice on patient like guinea pig! Cure your problem if you lucky enough! or you will die in their rough hands some days! im praying for innocent patients! 🙏🙏🙏

Wanted to lodge a complaint with Mr. Al Salvador, Director of Acute Nursing Services, about a nurse and a CNA's lack of concern and a lack of willingness to accommodate a patient's needs. Left 3 messages for Mr. Salvador to call back but to no avail. This just might be another indicator why there are several 1-star or unsatisfactory ratings you've read about here based on the fact that even the director himself has refused to return calls. Truly a disappointment for the lack of professionalism!
