I sent my important document to Illinois. I put all address and unit numbers on my envelope so clearly. Even 6 years old kid can read it. But they didn’t update the unit number correctly on tracking bar code. Then I got my documents back today. I asked some help from the manager and she was kind of rude at me. She was on the phone told me like “you have to pay again”. Why should I pay that wasn’t my fault. Please be patient and reliable on it. Every deliveries so essential for senders. But not for working assistants even for manager.

Understaffed store and the employees seem frustrated every time I visit. Always seem flustered. Definitely needs a new manager or re-training. Easy parking and plenty of office supplies sold here.

Stopped by the DC store for packages I needed to print labels for and send out plus an Amazon return. Overall the process was very easy, especially the Amazon return! Curtis assisted me that day and was friendly and fast
