The mailman that delivered mail to 490 talbert st daly city is a joke. I have mail sitting in my mailbox for almost a month and I can't get it because I lost my keys for my mailbox so I asked the mailman yesterday to open the mailbox so I can get my mail from it. He tells me he can't give me my mail because I have to talk to his manager. Why do I have to talk to the manager it's my mail not the managers mail. I'm going to the better business bureau and make a complaint about this mailman and his manager today. You tampering with people mail that is a federal offense. I'm going to make sure the mail carrier and his manager get fired for doing what they are doing. Right is right. You are not going to tell me I can't have my mail that has my name on it and my address on it even though I showed you my id..the person needs more job training because they don't know how to do there job the right way

If you’re planning to get your passport here expect to stay 2 hrs +, they do not care if there is a line out the door. They don’t honor appointment times and work at a snails pace.

The ladies who work behind the counter are dedicated, hard working and efficient. You cannot blame them for the lines or the USPS rules that may frustrate some folks. I was there this AM to pick up some mail and undelivered packages (we moved to a new house that is not yet on the maps) and the clerk behind the counter was able to retrieve 5 packages. I also received a call within 12 hours from Rosalynn of the post office to confirm that my web inquiry on USPS about undelivered package was resolved. If that isn't efficient customer service, I don't know what it! Thank you for your service in a thankless job! I am a fan.

If the packages is labeled with the correct postage you can have the postmaster pick it up or give it to them if you bump into them. Normally for packages I go to the post office myself and all. I usually use the self check out one since most of my packages are simple. If it is a bit more sophisticated, then stand in line at the post office.
