Seating is tight even though the theater wasn't full.

To be honest this theater is out dated, some of the seats are not right, it smells musty as soon as you walk in the screen area, the icee machine wasn't frozen, the bathrooms were not clean, the arcade was a joke cause it robbed me for most of the quarters I got and we need a new theater all together!

They have expanded the game area...you can play pool while waiting to go watch your movie.

Date night for my husband on his birthday. Great customer service
For our lobby, anyone under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent after 6pm from Fri-Sun. This is to cut down on loitering and fights. Persons under said age are allowed to watch G, PG, and PG-13 movies without parental supervision, but if any complaints are made they will be removed from the building without a refund.
We are no longer a Frank's theater. We are currently being operated by EastCoast Entertainment. Our new website is springlanecinema.com and our phone number is (919) 745-1409. If you can't find the info you need on our website, give us a call!!
What are their prices for birthday parties? And what does it include?

Spring Lane Cinemas | Sep 25, 2020
There are two different prices. If your party watches a movie the price is $20 and if you only want the room the price is $50. Whichever you choose you get our party room for two hours where you can bring your own food, decorations, or any extra supplies you would like. We also offer a generic decoration set of birthday supplies if you do not have your own. Have a good night.
The rule/law is that in order to watch a movie that has an R rating, you need to be 17 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This unfortunately means that someone over 17 cannot buy tickets for someone under 17. Also, the parent or guardian has to be in the movie if you are under 17, they can't just buy a ticket for a minor.
Is Tuesday seniors day and if so what are the movie prices?
Sandra Edwards | Sep 25, 2020
Spring Lane Cinemas | Sep 25, 2020
Tuesday is our Take 5 day. That means that any movie that has been out for more than 2 weeks will be $5 per ticket all day long, regardless of age. If a movie has not been out for 2 weeks yet, tickets are full price. Tickets are $8 all day for seniors and kids. Adult tickets are $8 until 6 PM when they go up to $10.
The Tuesday deal is that any movie that has been out for more than two weeks will only be $5 per ticket. If it isn't that old, normal pricing applies with matinee tickets being $7.50 and evening being $9.50.
I have won a prize from the claw machine and dosent work perfectly. Is there a way i can exchange ?

Unfortunately, we only lease the arcade games and claw machines. In order to get that swap done, you would need to contact J&J vending. Their number is (919) 774-4943.
We earned free tickets but for the Frank Theater. Will they still honor them now since it's AMC?

Spring Lane Cinemas | Sep 26, 2019
We are honoring Frank passes and gift cards for now. I'd recommend using them as soon as you can because we most likely will not be accepting them after summer. Also, our management company is East Coast Entertainment. We are not an AMC theater.
Is there still a discount price on tickets on Tuesday?

Spring Lane Cinemas | Sep 26, 2019
Yes there is! The current set up is called Take 5 Tuesday which is a $5 kids tray and two weeks after the movie's release the price lowers to $5 for each ticket.
Hi. We are currently still honoring Frank Theatres passes and gift cards at this time. I recommend using them as soon as you are able to because we will be doing this for a limited time. I have not been given a cut off date for accepting Franks passes/gift cards just yet so please stay tuned!
Hi. You can find our showtimes at www.springlanecinema.com or by giving us a call at 919-745-1409. The shows may also be on some third party sites such as fandango, movietickets.com, etc. Thank you.
The prices are about $3 or $4 for a drink. I would recommend a large drink it's about $6 but, unlimited refills. Popcorn is around the same price. Largest being $8 but free refills on that price.
It is open for business. The new name is Paragon Cinemas. They have all reclining seats in it now. The price, I am not sure of, but they are open, I was there last week. Hope this helps.
They generally do but the theater is not very clean and the snack bar needs alot of help. The drink machine is either not cleaned or carbonation is way off and they refuse to do anything cause they are in financial trouble. If you call head office they never respond
The price for admission from 12pm to 4pm is 9 dollars, and shows after 4pm are 11 dollars. I have it pictured on Google from when I was there last if it helps.
