Julio is hands down the best maintenance employee Bell Pasadena has had. He goes above and beyond and is very thoughtful. He doesn’t just come to fix what’s broken, he leaves the unit in better condition than it ever was. I’ve lived here for 4 years and I have yet to come across another employee who compares to him. His position here at Bell Pasadena is what allows this place to function smoothly. Due to the original construction of this building I’ve definitely had my share of repairs but that’s a result of the original contractor’s work and if it weren’t for Julio, management would have way more problems. He deserves a bonus!

Julio from maintenance is so responsive and professional! Had a plumbing issue today and I sent the request through the resident portal. Problem was resolved expediently. Appreciate his help and expertise as always!

Julio responded to a maintenance request that we submitted the same day and was able to correct 1 of 3 issues immediately. He collapsed that he’d have to return to fix the remaining issues, and early the next morning, came back and fixed everything quick and painlessly. Thanks Julio!

The Bell Pasadena is a great community - I recently moved in and the process was extremely smooth, everyone was nice and followed up regarding all the needed items for the move. Since moving in, I've had to put in a few maintenance requests (mostly for minor things, though also our kitchen sink was draining slow due to a small clog) and I've come to realize that the culture of everyone who works here is so supportive of residents. The maintenance team of Juan and Julio are fantastic, always eager to help and get any issue resolved as fast as they can. I really can't say enough good things about them. Overall, between the property and the support staff, this is the best building I've lived at, it feels like all of the best parts of being at a nice hotel.
