The noise was horrible from my neighbors above me! I also felt very unfairly slighted on my security deposit as I never even put a nail in the wall in 2 years. The very helpful maintenance people were the one bright spot in an insane noisy experience.

Had a nice experience here. Head a lease for 13 months and didn’t have any issues. Everything was nice, clean and very friendly. Guys from the office are very friendly and always are helping when you need. Manuela, thanks for everything. The building is in a very nice and quiet area. Walking distance through the park to restaurants and Ipic cinema that is one of the best in US.

I do not understand the bad reviews. Price is high but this is Pasadena, it is reasonable for a property that is walking distance to the Metro and old town. This is my third year and I absolutely enjoy living here. Everyone from current team I've been communicating with are great! Maria & Karina are doing great jobs of keeping the place clean. Pedro from the maintenance team fixes everything and the girls from the office are always nice and fun, especially the new manager Natalie! She stayed late for helping trying to find my misplaced package by USPS (when was way past the time after she closed the office) and patiently showed me every single apartment that I was interested in upgrading. I enjoy living here and appreciate all their efforts of taking care of this place.

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.
