Well I only have good things to say about the women that work in the optical department. The manager Lorena and her co worker Indiana. Some of the best opticians I ever met. Knowledgeable and kind. Solution for just about any issue I had. Let me tell you I had some complications. These women need a raise immediately!!!! They created a calm environment for my super stressful situation. So thankful for them. This office is a bit high in price however is quality material. With the year warranty it makes it worth it ! ! !

Professional friendly care, starting with front desk personal, Ms. Perez, and the complete front desk team. They are exceptionally helpful checking in and scheduling appointments. Dr Chang literally saved my eyes, with only a short overnight prior notice, he did an emergency intervention due to retinal detachment; he did a procedures called pneumatic retinopexy, with great results. On the third day my sight was already improving tremendously the retina was very much in place, then Dr Chang proceeded to tack it with laser. He did the same laser tacking in my left eye, to prevent retinal detachment. Dr. Chang is quite knowledgeable and very thorough in the eye examination, he explained using relatable analogies. He left me wishing, I have met him in my first ophthalmologist visiting. I'm grateful to the entire Pasadena / Tarzana Azul Vision Team. Front desk is lazy, checked in and they forgot about me, lost paper work. Lie to me all the time. Had a appointment five minute visit and it took 2 1/2 hours to get through. I will never be Bach to Pasadena . I would never tell people to go to your place of business. I do not like to be lied to, just tell the truth and thing would be better. You should clean house and run like a professional business

My husband has been seeing Dr Patel (Pasadena location) frequently for years since his cataract surgery with Dr Shelton. We would not go anywhere else and would highly recommend them to anyone. Vanessa Hernandez has been a shining star handling administrative details and being a liaison for us which is so helpful as it is a busy practice.
