Hi John, unfortunately, unless she is a listed driver, you will be at fault for the accident.
I have no idea. My claim incident was a one car accident. I ran over a construction cone that had evidently blown over into my lane of traffic resulting in $2000.00 of damage to my car that AIC settled to my satisfaction.
