We went through Rush to fill a temporary position. They were very responsive and easy to talk to. They were able to answer all of my questions and we felt confident in their ability to find us a match. Within about a week we had the position filled and their placement did not disappoint. Nope, you'll fill out a sheet of any job skills you have to help match you with a job. But you aren't required to have any to begin with per se.
It's best to treat it like any other job. The usual stuff. Identification, social security card, resume. And be prepared for a drug test and interview. You have to sell yourself to Rush, then they sell you to one of the companies they work with based on your qualifications, location, and desire.
It depends on what you want to do and what's available. Most of the jobs are part-time/seasonal with occasional opportunities to stay on based on performance.
RUSH does a decent job getting workers in the door. However, it is up to the worker to maintain a professional working relationship with their employer. RUSH will not continue to help you find work if you do not show up to your assignments.
