Would love to give a 0 to SANDEEP for her extremely rude customer service. I was only returning a car I rented for 3 weeks. I got it washed and vacuumed and the car looked cleaner than I had got it when they rented it out to me. Their management trainee was great to me while renting. He told me he couldn’t get the car cleaned because it just got back from another customer to which I was okay with. While i was returning the Vehicle, SANDEEP was extremely rude to me to begin with, she inspected the car and charged me $250 for cleaning fee because according to her it was smoked out when I have never smoked or let anyone smoke in a rental car. I asked her if she could give me the car for 2 more days so that I get it detailed. She agreed and wrote down the contract and I signed it. I told her while leaving that I am gonna get this evaluated at another rental place because I don’t smell anything. SHE FLIPPED OUT AND REFUSED TO RELEASE THE CAR BACK TO ME. She snatched the keys from me and told me that she is not renting me the car. I have added pictures of the car we returned. Unfortunately I didn’t click any of the way I got it. Please for your sanity, try another rental company around. Enterprise employees really don’t care about their customers all they care about is snatching money. If you check the other reviews too, they are great when they wanna rent you the vehicle but terrible when you have to return it. I guess I am not the only person they mistreated and THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Also SANDEEP if you can read this, thank you for giving us wrong contact information for your area manager. I was still able to reach out to someone but you’ve been really unprofessional and I suggest , and cannot stress on this enough that you guys are in the service industry, DO NOT trouble / bully customers this way. I’m utterly displeased and disappointed with the behavior and service that was provided to me.

Customer service was great for pickup and return. The rental vehicle we received should be retired but I was compensated for the mechanical issues. Great service!! I have used this location a few times over the last couple years and I will be back.

- For only so long can the pandemic serve as an excuse. We've made reservations before and the vehicle has never been available. I even called weeks in advance to request a specifically a Jeep for a camping trip, to only to be given a RWD Tahoe on the day of. While running my errands, I notice a customer has returned a Jeep Gladiator, so why were they able to accommodate other customers but not mine? - I never understood why Enterprise would require to give us a reservation when there is nothing available for me? I learned that reservations are not necessary after using Enterprise for a few rentals. You won't be able to get a car even if you arrive two hours early because at the end of the day, the only thing they will need to push for is the eventuality that a customer will choose the *substitute* vehicle. They will make an effort to persuade you to take the only single vehicle available because they know you will get desperate.

We use this Enterprise location any time we news a car rental while visiting Chico. The staff is courteous and efficient. Our car was clean, and ready at our pick up time. Everything was great as usual until we discovered that the truck of the car would not lock and we were staying in the heart of San Francisco, where crime abounds. So, we didn't have the use of the trunk for any suitcases or valuables and but worked it out the best we could. We brought this to the attention of the Enterprise agent who checked our car in at return. He apologized for the inconvenience but did not offer any sort of discount, which we believed would have been appropriate. We were tired and didn't feel like pushing it, so we left. So, 4 stars instead of 5 this visit. We hope that Enterprise will read this, and be sure all trunks lock before renting their cars in the future. And if something at that level is nonfunctional, consider offering your customer a discount for the inconvenience. They can decide whether or not to accept your offer - and you might get that 5 star review you're striving for.

Yes and you'll need a current DL debit or credit card $200 for a refundable deposit plus the price of the rental. You can download the app or go to their website for prices because it depends on the size of the car that you're wanting. You can reserve for free she cancel free as well.
